Welio is a teleconsultation platform that enables doctors and patients to connect through secure remote consultations, including video calls, real-time chat, and asynchronous medical messaging. As digital healthcare adoption grew, the client needed to upgrade their telemedicine app to improve performance, strengthen security, and streamline the overall doctor–patient workflow across mobile and web.
To support this transformation, TechTIQ Solutions was engaged to enhance the mobile app experience, modernize the video-call infrastructure, and optimize clinic and provider operations.
