Bike To Work is a GPS fitness-tracking app for iOS and Android. Bike To Work allows users to track fitness activities (such as walking, running and cycling) using GPS and allows users see detailed statistics around their pace, distance, and time. Bike To Work tracks statistics, progress, and applies coaching, with built-in audio cues. Users can listen and control music while working out, measure their heart rate, and take pictures while engaged in an activity.

Challenges

Work with BE team in Norway, they cannot speak/chat English well. Hard to discuss
Show GPS tracking line on map with high accuracy

Solutions

Try to understand BE team, suggest them on their API by give them the input/output for each API
Use native GPS in Android and IOS as well as some algorithms to draw tracking line on map
