Dr. Tan Wei Kiong’s professional career spanned over a decade. He has worked at a senior management level in various organizations that include SMEs, research institutes, government linked organisations, and MNC. He has handled multiple profiles such as Project Manager, Assistant Director of Engineering, and General Manager, managing diverse roles in the fields of product development, operations management, and large-scale project management, all the while leveraging on his data driven approach to decision making.

With his strong believe and conviction of what data, and more importantly insights of data can do to help improve operation and business efficiencies, Dr Tan sets out to establish a team that is laser focused on helping organizations maximize the use of their data through digital transformation, and in the process improve the customers experiences of the organizations and grow their businesses.
